Tameside SCB

In 2010 TSCB held Focus groups with groups of practitioners and managers from different agencies across Tameside. The purpose of the focus groups was to explore what teams knew about the role and work of TSCB and to also to explore the challenges for practitioners in safeguarding chidren and promoting their welfare in Tameside. Comments and suggestions made in the focus groups resulted in the 'You said - We did' report 2010.

In 2011 - 95 practitioners and managers from 15 different agencies in Tameside to part in the TSCB Focus Groups 2011. The purpose of the focus groups was to consult with practitioners and managers about their experience of multi agency working in respect of safeguarding children and early intervention. Feedback and suggestions form the focus groups have resulted in the 'You said - We did' report 2011/12.
