TSCB also publishes a range of Guidance, Policies and Procedures. Click on the link on the right to find out more about these.
The TSCB Mini Guide is a summary of the main points in both the Tameside Safeguarding Children Framework and the Tameside Children's Needs Framework.
The TSCB Safe Parenting Handbook has useful information on a range of issues for parents and carers in the vital task of looking after and raising children.
The Tameside Safeguarding Children Framework contains the child protection procedures for Tameside and should be used by all practitioners and agencies that work with children and families.
Please note that the Framework has now been revised to reflect the requirements within Working Together 2010 and learning from Serious Case Reviews conducted by TSCB in 2009 -11.
