Individuals who pose a risk of harm to Children and Young People - Guidance
There are a number of people, not necessarily convicted of offences, who may present a risk to children and young people. Risk for this definition most often takes the form of sexual and physical and emotional abuse and may be based on firm evidence or circumstantial concerns.
